About ARM Locksmiths
ARM Locksmiths is an independent mobile locksmith business based in Hailsham, run by Mike. It serves domestic and commercial customers across the BN and TN postcode areas, including Uckfield, Heathfield, Polegate, Lewes and Eastbourne. The business offers lock fitting, repairs and replacements for doors, windows, garages and office furniture, plus key cutting on site.
Services include business re-entry following lockouts, lock changes when personnel change, master key systems, gate locks, padlocks, mailboxes and window locks. Digital locks and digital lock combination changes are fitted. The business also attends repossessions and evictions, and carries out emergency boarding up of doors and windows and emergency glazing film on shattered windows.
ARM Locksmiths works for estate agents, letting agents, block managers, solicitors, bailiffs and a range of retail, commercial and industrial clients. The business is fully stocked and can resolve most lock issues during the first visit. When a lock that is faulty is drilled, the business replaces it at charge.
Charges are £48 for the first 60 minutes, then £28 for each subsequent 15-minute period. Discounts of 5 to 10 per cent are offered to FSB members, OAPs, Armed Forces members, Emergency Services staff and NHS workers. The business provides free property security reviews and reports, and offers special rates for mortice lock replacements when customers move home. ARM Locksmiths operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
About ARM Locksmiths
Named districts include Uckfield, Heathfield, Polegate, Lewes and Eastbourne, all reached from the Hailsham base. The business says it uses no subcontractors and no middleman, so the person who answers sends a locksmith of its own. Drilling is kept as a last resort on a lockout. Its corporate page lists estate and letting agents, retail, commercial and industrial clients, and the firm aims for standing arrangements with them so a locksmith is on hand when a property needs attention.
Work ARM Locksmiths names
Door locks, window locks and garage door locks are fitted, repaired and replaced, and the corporate service extends to locks on office furniture. For new homeowners it raises the question of how many keys the previous owner cut and handed out, and offers lock changes on that basis.
