Enquiries with the customer's job card come by email free on your claimed listing, with no lead fee and no commission. Premium adds an enquiry inbox, your price list, 24 photos, your availability and a reply note, and includes a yearly verification check. The Owner verified badge appears once a person has done the check, on the phone number or email your business publishes, not when you pay. Paying never changes where your listing appears. VAT is charged on every payment at the standard rate of 20%: Premium is £12 a month plus VAT, which is £14.40 a month including VAT. Premium renews automatically every month until you cancel; cancel any time under Manage billing, effective at the end of the month paid for. Premium covers this listing only.
