About Kingdom Keys
Kingdom Keys is a family-run locksmith business based in East Sussex, specialising in UPVC door lock repairs and emergency callouts. The business opens locked doors, changes locks after lockouts, cuts keys and fits new locks to front doors, back doors and UPVC doors for homeowners and businesses. Services listed include emergency callouts, lost key assistance, lock repairs to jammed doors, and security checks at £35.
The business covers East Sussex and operates a mobile locksmith service with a peak and off peak schedule. Kingdom Keys has 25+ years experience and is run by the locksmith who attends every job personally rather than using call centre staff or subcontractors. The locksmith carries a large mobile stock of UPVC locks and travels to customers' homes and businesses.
Customers receive a quote for work and parts before the job begins. If the work deviates from the quote, changes are discussed before any work starts. The business charges fixed labour rates rather than hourly rates, so the same rate applies whether a job takes longer than expected. A detailed receipt is provided once work is complete, and customers are left with two business cards. Kingdom Keys is registered and verified through CheckaTrade and accepts cash, debit and credit card payments. The business drills locks only as a last resort.
