About Locksmart Devon
Locksmart Devon is a locksmith business covering Torbay, Teignbridge, the South Hams and the rest of South Devon, run by Gavin. Gavin served in the Royal Navy for 26 years before moving into locksmithing. He first trained as a locksmith in 2008 through a locksmith institute and later trained in automotive locksmith work through a national network of locksmiths. After working for a franchise for five years he set up Locksmart Devon as his own company.
The services listed are lock changes, upgrades and repairs, including uPVC door locks, mortice locks, digital door locks, high security cylinders and nightlatches, along with burglary repairs, boarding up windows and doors after a break-in or accidental glass damage, home security surveys and key cutting. Entry to a property can be gained with specialist tools by methods that leave the lock unharmed. The business carries locks from brands including Union, Yale and Ultion and fits anti-snap locks, key safes and euro cylinders.
It also helps with vehicles, including gaining entry to cars and fitting van deadlocks, hooklocks and slamlocks. Gavin takes part in charity events, raising money for Rowcroft Hospice and cancer charities.
