About RJ Locksmith Services LTD
RJ Locksmith Services is a fully mobile locksmith business owned and run by Romans, based in Horsham and covering West Sussex, Surrey and Kent. Romans works for homeowners and businesses across the area, including Crawley, and the website describes his approach as one of repairing rather than replacing where possible.
The services listed are emergency lockouts, lock changes, lock repairs, burglary repairs, uPVC door repair and uPVC window repair. Lockouts are dealt with through non-destructive entry and picking. Lock changes include high-security locks and 3-star cylinders to British Standard BS3621. For uPVC doors, the work covers the alignment and replacement of multipoint locking systems and gearboxes, while window repairs cover handles, hinges and window locks.
Romans carries a workshop in his van, which allows most repairs to be completed on site, and he specialises in uPVC and composite door hardware. Customers can send a photo of the lock and their postcode by WhatsApp to receive a fixed quote. The website states that the business is fully insured and that work carries a 12-month warranty.
