About RLM Locksmiths
RLM Locksmiths is a family-run locksmith business based in Horley, serving homes and businesses across Surrey and Sussex. It was founded by Dan Reynolds, who is the managing director and works with customers in the field, alongside Lynne, who is operations director. The team also includes trainees in security systems. The website says the business has over a decade of experience and that it is fully insured.
Services listed include emergency callouts for lockouts and repairs, burglary repairs, residential and commercial locksmith work, window lock replacement, key safe installation and glazing replacements. The business also offers security assessments, smart locks and CCTV installation, and for commercial customers, lock installation and access control systems.
Dan's philosophy, quoted on the website, is that the work is 50% about what the team does and 50% about how it treats clients. The website says that many customers return or refer others, and that the business is involved in its local community.
