About Safe Cracker Ltd

Safe Cracker Ltd is a professional safe opening business based in Ware. It opens locked safes and vaults across London, Hertfordshire and Essex. The business specialises in safes where keys have been lost, combinations forgotten, or electronic locks have failed. It also opens safes that are locked open, and recovers combinations for safes with both key and combination locks.

Safe Cracker Ltd attends addresses to open safes of any make or grade, from domestic wall safes to commercial floor safes and vault doors. The business has opened Chubb, Banham, Sentry, Dudley, Wertheim, Securikey, Leabank, Phoenix, GB Security, Guardian, Stratford and Churchill safes, among others. Work begins with a visit to inspect the safe and identify the fault. The business makes many of its own safe cracking tools and uses specialist equipment including a safe auto dialler, lock-specific picks for La Gard locks, Chubb decoders, Mauer and STUV decoders, and scopes. Safes are opened with minimal damage, and combinations can be set or recovered during the visit.

Safe Cracker Ltd is run by Dave, one of the UK's only full-time professional safecrackers. The business covers the London area, Hertfordshire and Essex. Recent work includes opening a Banksy artwork safe, recovering passports from a school safe before a student trip, and opening safes after burglaries where locks have failed or been damaged.
