About Croma Locksmiths
Croma Locksmiths Ascot is a locksmith and security centre serving domestic and commercial customers in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey. The branch was first established in 1978 as Ascot Locks Ltd in Sunninghill, and was acquired by Croma Locksmiths in 2019, when the shop was modernised into a Security Centre. It has a showroom with free-standing safes and intruder alarm and CCTV demonstration boards.
The branch offers counter sales and advice, key cutting for all types of keys, and a range of locks, safes, uPVC replacement parts and ironmongery. It installs all types of locks and safes and offers a call-out service for lock repairs and gaining entry to doors and safes. Security requirements can be assessed, with quotations for security upgrades, key suiting and electronic security.
Alongside modern methods, the branch keeps up traditional bench locksmithing, repairing obsolete locks and ironmongery and crafting keys for antique locks. It is part of the wider Croma group, which has locations across the UK.
About Croma Locksmiths
The shop began life as Ascot Locks Ltd in Sunninghill and served the area for decades before Croma Locksmiths, a group headquartered at Whiteley in Hampshire, bought it in 2019. The premises were then refitted as a flagship security centre for the group.
Staff advise over the phone or in store on which products suit a door or application, and most of the stock is displayed in the branch, including freestanding safes. Branch staff have more than 25 years of combined experience, and the wider group counts property managers, utility companies, universities, hospitals and public bodies among its clients.
